This place is situated in a beautiful forest park overlooking the valley, with the added bonus of being just a stone's throw away from the river. 🌲

The room here was spacious, airy, and the bed was very clean.

Very friendly and very welcoming. Nothing too much bother to make our stay comfortable. Location very peaceful. Close enough to Ilfracome for convenience but far away enough for peace and quiet. Our friend who was with us said it was the best hotel she has ever stayed in.

All in all marvellous and stunning setting close enough to beautiful surroundings, fields, and many different attractions. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Ilfracombe Harbour Harbor. Airy & adequate rooms with large tv for watching the football.

Booked a tastefully decorated and spotless room online, enjoyed the lovely view, and found the location perfect with excellent staff.

The Breakfasts and the house itself is in a superb setting.

The hotel was well-kept, the staff were amicable. the breakfast was good hot with plenty of fabulous food. the property was situated in the secluded location by wildlife. the total experience was very very good, I recommend.

The location is lovely, near a charming town in DEVON, with beautiful surroundings. Rewritten: the setting is really nice, close to a cute town in Devon, with stunning views.

I loved the fact this hotel does not take children, it was so therapeutic to be in such a wonderfully peaceful house, the owners are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I would definitely book again.

I did not like the fact my time passed far too quick! It didn't seem five minutes since checking in until I was sadly checking out again.

Everything - the hotel owners were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was old style and delightful. The cooked breakfast each morning was excellent and the hotel location perfect. We had a really wonderful week and would recommend a stay at the Score Valley to all our family and friends.

Peaceful and quiet retreat from the crowds of Ilfracombe and Woolacombe. Constant hot water, controllable heating, tv and tea/coffee facilities. Easy chairs in the room to sit and relax and watch telly. Very comfortable rooms.

A tranquil location near shops and the seafront made for a very enjoyable three-night stay, and we're eager to come back due to the positive experience.
